
Dua For Anxiety
اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْ أَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْھَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْکَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّیْنِ وَغَلَبَۃِ الرِّجَال
Allaahumma ‘innee ‘a’oodhu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal’ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal.
Translation:O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i .e. others).

Islam teaches that Allah is the one and only God, and only he can help us during hard times. Allah is the source of all cures, but it’s also necessary to seek medical attention. No doubt everything in our lives happens due to only one purpose: to seek help from Allah.
